At our shop, we serve our customers on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers are welcome to stop by our shop anytime to purchase our available food items. We're pleased to introduce you to our "Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store" (BOPIS) program.
By placing an order on our online store for our BOPIS program, you agree to our pickup and refund policies. The BOPIS minimum order is $32. Thank you for carefully reading the instructions below.
WHERE & WHEN? Our valued customers must pick up their online orders on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1189 Parkway Dr. E3. Feel free to check our suggested driving directions to our shop here.
Our online store only offers whole loaves of our various SD breads. Half loaves, soups, pizza, and pastries will be available at our shop. Please stay tuned for the announcement of our catering menu.
ORDER DEADLINES: At any given week, customers must place online orders by noon on Wednesday to pick them up that Saturday. We are only accepting online orders weekly to serve our valued clientele best. All orders placed after the deadline must be picked up on the next pickup date. There are no exceptions. For example, if customers want to pick up their orders on Sat, Feb. 1st, 2025, they must place online orders by Wed, Jan. 29, 2025, at noon (MST).
PICKUP POLICY: Upon picking up their online orders, all customers must show their digital or printed receipts as proof of payment. To ensure a smooth and accurate pickup process for all our valued customers, we will NOT accept a pickup order without proof of payment (digital or printed receipt).
If customers cannot pick up their online orders at our shop on the selected Saturday, they must ask a friend or family member to do so with their printed or digital receipt as proof of payment.
REFUND POLICY: There will be NO refunds for online orders not picked up on the selected Saturday. All online orders are final / non-refundable. Online orders not picked up will be donated to a local pantry on Saturday (the same day).
HOW DO YOU GET YOUR LOAF OF SD BREAD SLICED? Our team will NOT slice loaves of sourdough bread by default. Customers who want their sourdough bread sliced must write a clear slicing request before completing their online order on our online store. The slicing request must be placed in the "Add a note for the seller" box on the right side of the final checkout page before proceeding to the payment. For example, "Please slice my loaf of SD bread."
If the original order does not clearly state a slicing request, our team will NOT slice any loaf (loaves) of sourdough bread to ensure a smooth pickup process for all our valued customers.
CAN'T PICK UP AN ORDER ON SATURDAYS? Available while supplies last, all food items are crafted in small batches and as needed. At our shop, our team serves all our customers on a first-come-first-served basis. All customers are welcome to stop by and check out our offerings. During their visit, customers can place a prepaid order request and reserve their favorite loaf of sourdough bread or any other available baked goods from our cashier's register only. We do not have a business phone to take orders.
TWM UPDATES: Our last 2025 Taos Winter Market (TWM) was on Sat, Jan.18. In the meantime, we will focus on settling in our shop.
