! Attention Customers with Food Allergies! 

Food produced in our commercial kitchen is NOT allergen-free.

Please be aware that our food items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as milk, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. Our soups and stews contain onions, garlic, and various spices. All our bread pans are greased with organic virgin olive oil.

In our food production, we use organic extra-virgin oil, organic coconut oil, and organic butter, depending on the food items. We do not use highly processed seed oils (canola, corn, soy, grapeseed, rice bran, vegetable oils, etc.). 

We ask our valued customers to visit our shop and double-check with our team which ingredients are included in the food items they and their party may be interested in during their visit. Our team is unable to recommend specific food items to our valued customers with food allergies. 

As a busy bakery, all food items are made, baked, stored, and delivered on shared kitchen equipment. Each customer's sole and exclusive responsibility is to consult with an allergist or nutritionist to confirm that the ingredients used in any food items they may desire to use are free of allergens. Please consult a trained professional with any questions about food allergies before enjoying our food items.
