This week will be important for our family business because Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, will be our last business day at our Taos shop. The same day, our Santa Fe shop will be closed an hour earlier at 1 pm (MST) and resume our regular business hours (8 am-2 pm) the next day (Saturday).
In 2016, our founder Mr. André opened our first brick-and-mortar shop in Taos after starting selling at the Taos Farmers Market (TFM). Since then, we have created bonds and memories with many, while serving handcrafted sourdough bread and baked goods made with high-quality (local and organic) ingredients. We are grateful to all our customers, partners, and team members who have positively contributed to our story over the past years.
Moving forward, we will continue to serve our wonderful Taos community by attending the Taos Winter Market (TWM) and the Taos Farmers Market (TFM). Both markets will be held on Saturdays. We plan to offer online ordering on our website and direct pickup at our market booth for each market. Please stay tuned for more info.
We have limited fridge space. All prepaid orders that are not picked up on the chosen dates will be donated to a local pantry the next day. No refunds will be provided for prepaid orders that are not picked up at the designated dates. Therefore, we kindly ask all our valued customers to commit to their preferred pickup dates. We do not offer phone or online ordering at this time.
Many thanks for your continuous support as we enter this new chapter of our family business.
Together, let's build a strong local food economy & Bon Appétit!
