Chile N' Cheese Sourdough Bread

Our sourdough bread with organic local Chile and organic cheese. 

Our sourdough breads are available in different sizes at our Taos shop and the Taos Farmers Market (May thru October). Availability and quantity may vary. 

Ingredients: organic white wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), organic NM green Chile, organic NM red Chile, organic mozzarella and organic swiss cheese, sea salt.
