Dear Sunshine Community of Wild Leaven Bakery,   

The countdown is on! As we turn the page to 2024 and step into the new year 2025, we thank you for being part of our community and including our food items made with high-quality (local and organic) ingredients in your everyday dishes, special events, and this holiday season. 


Our shop will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. this New Year's Eve (Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2024). The following two days (Wednesday and Thursday), the shop will be closed and reopen on Friday (Jan. 3, 2025) and Saturday (Jan. 4, 2025)  from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Whenever you stop by our shop, please consider getting a cup or a bowl of Dal soup with sweet potatoes. Our Dal's all-organic ingredients are red lentils, olive oil, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, ginger, turmeric, coriander, cardamom, red Chili, coconut oil, coconut milk, and sea salt. Our sweet scone made with cranberry, cardamon, and ginger is back on our menu. All our food items are available while supplies last.


Our only shop is located at 1189 Parkway Dr. E3 in Santa Fe, NM, just two blocks from Meow Wolf. Starting next week on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, our shop will resume to open during our regular business hours: Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Our shop now has indoor and outdoor seating, and our everyday menu offers pizza and coffee drinks (espresso, cortado, latte, mocha) with some specials from our Chef André! Our regular offerings include our various handcrafted sourdough breads, housemade soups, sweets (cookies, scones), seeded/regular baguettes and country loaves, and our housemade Chai! 

Whether you are a new customer or a long-time patron, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you our handcrafted sourdough bread, pastry, and other yummy food items this year, 2024, and in the upcoming one. Blessings to you and yours in the new year 2025!
