Hello there! Thank you for considering dining at our artisan bakery!

We handcraft all our food items in small batches to guarantee the highest quality. Quantity and availability may vary. We proudly use organic, locally sourced grains and ingredients from farmers and ranchers located in the Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado bioregions. 

Food produced in our commercial kitchen is NOT allergen-free. Please be aware that our food items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as milk, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. Our soups contain onions, garlic, and various spices. 

We use organic extra-virgin oil, organic coconut oil, and organic butter, depending on the food items. All our bread pans are greased with organic virgin olive oil. We do not use highly processed seed oils (canola, corn, soy, grapeseed, rice bran, vegetable oils, etc.).

We ask our valued customers to visit our shop and double-check with our team which ingredients are included in the food items they and their party may be interested in. Our team is unable to recommend specific food items to our valued customers with food allergies. 

As a busy bakery, all food items are made, baked, stored, and delivered on shared kitchen equipment. Each customer's sole and exclusive responsibility is to consult with an allergist or nutritionist to confirm that the ingredients used in any food items they may desire to use are free of allergens. Please consult a trained professional with any questions about food allergies before enjoying our food items.

HEARTY SOURDOUGH (SD) BREADS

At our shop, all our breads are in half and whole sizes, except for our Challah, Roasted Walnut SD Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Walnut SD bread, SD Baguettes, and SD Country loaves. 

 

Challah. This traditional braided loaf is our non-vegan, eggy yeast bread, only available on Fridays. 

The breads listed below are wonderful breakfast breads, not too sweet.

Sourdough Baguette. Our vegan and dairy-free SD baguette has 50% organic New Mexico bread flour and 50% organic New Mexico (NM) Sonora whole wheat flour. 

Sourdough Country Loaf. Our vegan and dairy-free SD country loaf has 50% organic New Mexico bread flour and 50% organic New Mexico (NM) Sonora whole wheat flour.

Roasted Walnut Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Roasted Walnut SD bread is made with 50% organic whole wheat, 50 % organic bread flour, and organic walnuts.  

Cinnamon Raisin Walnut Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Cinnamon Roasted Walnut SD bread is made with 50% organic whole wheat and 50 % organic bread flour, organic *walnuts, Cinnamon, raisins, and sugar). 

 

The sourdough breads listed below are dense and great for sandwiches or toasts.

Original Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Original SD bread is naturally leavened and made with organic, local stone-milled wheat flour freshly milled and sifted by Metate Mills in Questa, NM.

Quinoa Sunflower Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Quinoa Sunflower SD bread is naturally leavened with organic local quinoa and organic NM whole wheat.  . 

Rye Molasses Fennel Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Rye, Molasses, and fennel SD bread is naturally leavened and made with organic Colorado rye flour, organic molasses, fennel, and organic bread flour. 

Heirloom Spelt Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Heirloom Spelt SD bread is a whole-grain, naturally leavened bread made with freshly milled organic Colorado Spelt. 

Sprouted Rye Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Sprouted Rye SD bread is a whole-grain, naturally leavened bread made with organic (sprouted rye, sunflower seeds, and rolled oats). 

Über Sprouted Rye Sourdough (SD) Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Über Sprouted Rye SD bread is a whole-grain, naturally leavened bread with organic (sprouted rye berries, oats, fruit, seeds, and nuts). 

Gluten-Free (GF) Buckwheat Millet SD Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Gluten-Free (GF) Buckwheat Millet SD bread is naturally leavened and made with fermented organic buckwheat flour and whole millet.  

 

FRENCH-STYLE PASTRIES 

We handcraft all our french-style pastries using high-quality ingredients.

Croissant. Our delicious buttery and flaky croissants are a great treat for your morning breakfast or afternoon snack time! 

Chocolate Croissant. Our flaky, buttery Chocolate croissants (or pains au chocolat) are made for everyone's enjoyment. 

Almond croissant. These buttery, flaky croissants are filled with a sweet almond cream and topped with almonds. 

Ham n' Cheese Croissant. Our Ham n' Cheese croissant is filled with local smoked ham and housemade Dijon and an excellent option for savory palates. 

Green & Red Chile Cheese Croissant. Our delicious buttery and flaky Green & Red Chili cheese croissant is a great savory treat for a morning breakfast or afternoon snack time.

 

DELICIOUS SWEETS 

We handcraft all our sweets using high-quality ingredients.

Cinnamon Swirl. Our cinnamon swirl is a sweet, perfect treat for anyone.

Scone. We offer different types of scones made with available local, organic, and seasonal fruits.

Chocolate chip cookie.  This chewy, classic treat is a community's favorite.

LOCALLY CRAFTED BEVERAGES

All our beverages are served in 12-oz cups. Upon request, they can be served hot or iced. When served iced, we will place your beverage(s) in a 16-oz. cup.

 

Housemade Chai, Fermented Drinks & Locally Crafted Tea

Housemade Chai. Our housemade Chai, a community favorite, is crafted in-house and in small batches using pastured whole milk, local honey, black peppercorns, fresh-grated ginger, and a blend of spices. 

Housemade Fermented Kombucha. Refresh yourself with a cup of our kombucha, a naturally fermented and slightly effervescent housemade beverage with organic (black tea, cane sugar).   

Other Available Fermented Drinks: Housemade Fermented Hibiscus Honey Soda; Housemade Fermented Ginger Honey Soda; Housemade Fermented Balm Honey Soda w/Mint & Lime 

 

Single-Origin Coffee

Our single-origin coffee beverages  listed below are made with double espresso and can be served iced or as decaf. We use organic whole milk and offer organic oat milk as an alternative. Vanilla as an add-on is available.

Espresso. A concentrated coffee beverage made by forcing hot water under high pressure through finely ground coffee beans. 

Americano. A coffee beverage made by diluting espresso with hot water. 

Cappuccino. An Italian coffee beverage prepared with equal parts of espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. 

Cortado. A Spanish beverage consisting of espresso mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity. 

Latte. A coffee beverage made with espresso and steamed milk.

Mocha. A sweet and chocolatey coffee beverage made with espresso, organic chocolate powder, and organic steamed milk. Often enjoyed as a treat. 

Breve. An espresso-based coffee beverage with steamed half-and-half. 

London Fog. Hot tea-based drink that consists of Earl Grey tea, steamed milk, and a sweetener, often vanilla syrup. 

 

Other available beverages

Dirty Chai. A beverage with our housemade Chai and a shot of espresso. 

Steamed milk. Steamed milk of your choice (organic whole milk or organic oat milk).

Hot chocolate. A warm beverage made with the milk of your choice and organic chocolate powder.
