In our small artisan bakery, we handcraft all our food items in small batches to guarantee the highest quality. We proudly use organic, local grains and ingredients sourced from farmers and ranchers in the Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado bioregion. Quantity and availability may vary. We do not offer shipping or delivery; we only offer in-store pickup. Please stop by our shop.

SOURDOUGH (SD) BREADS
All our bread loaves are available in half and whole sizes, except for our Roasted Walnut SD Bread, Cinnamon Raisin Walnut SD bread, SD Baguettes, and SD Country loaves.
Challah. Our non-vegan rich eggy yeast bread is braided and only available on Fridays.
Gluten-Free (GF) Buckwheat Millet SD Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Gluten-Free (GF) Buckwheat Millet SD bread is naturally leavened and made with fermented organic buckwheat flour and whole millet. Ingredients: Organic buckwheat flour, organic millet, filtered water, gluten-free sourdough starter (organic buckwheat flour, filtered water), organic flaxseed meal, organic chia seed, and Utah sea salt.
Sourdough Baguette. Our vegan and dairy-free SD baguette has 50% organic New Mexico bread flour and 50% organic New Mexico (NM) Sonora whole wheat flour. Ingredients: 50% organic New Mexico bread flour and 50% organic New Mexico (NM) Sonora whole wheat, filtered water, and Utah sea salt.
Sourdough Country Loaf. Our vegan and dairy-free SD country loaf has 50% organic New Mexico bread flour and 50% organic New Mexico (NM) Sonora whole wheat flour. Ingredients: 50% organic New Mexico bread flour and 50% organic New Mexico (NM) Sonora whole wheat, filtered water, and Utah sea salt.
Roasted Walnut Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Roasted Walnut SD bread is made with 50% organic whole wheat, 50 % organic bread flour, and organic walnuts. Ingredients: Organic whole wheat flour, organic bread flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), roasted organic walnuts, Utah sea salt.
Cinnamon Raisin Walnut Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Cinnamon Roasted Walnut SD bread is made with 50% organic whole wheat and 50 % organic bread flour, organic (walnuts, Cinnamon, raisins, and sugar). Ingredients: Organic whole wheat flour, organic bread flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), organic (roasted walnuts, Cinnamon, raisins, and sugar), Utah sea salt.
Original Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Original SD bread is naturally leavened and made with organic, local stone-milled wheat flour freshly milled and sifted by Metate Mills in Questa, NM. Ingredients: Organic bread flour, organic whole wheat flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), Utah sea salt.
Quinoa Sunflower Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Quinoa Sunflower SD bread is naturally leavened with organic local quinoa and organic NM whole wheat. Ingredients: Organic bread flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), organic sunflower seeds, organic quinoa, Utah sea salt.
Rye Molasses Fennel Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Rye, Molasses, and fennel SD bread is naturally leavened and made with organic Colorado rye flour, organic molasses, fennel, and organic bread flour. Ingredients: Organic bread flour, organic rye flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), organic molasses, organic fennel seed, and Utah sea salt.
Heirloom Spelt Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Heirloom Spelt SD bread is a whole-grain, naturally leavened bread made with freshly milled organic Colorado Spelt. Ingredients: Organic Spelt flour, filtered water, sourdough starter (organic Spelt flour, filtered water), Utah sea salt.
Sprouted Rye Sourdough Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Sprouted Rye SD bread is a whole-grain, naturally leavened bread made with organic (sprouted rye, sunflower seeds, and rolled oats). Ingredients: Organic Colorado rye flour, filtered water, organic sprouted rye berries, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), organic (sprouted rye, sunflower seeds, and rolled oats), and Utah sea salt.
Über Sprouted Rye Sourdough (SD) Bread. Our vegan and dairy-free Über Sprouted Rye SD bread is a whole-grain, naturally leavened bread with organic (sprouted rye berries, oats, fruit, seeds, and nuts). Ingredients: Organic Colorado rye flour, filtered water, organic sprouted Colorado rye berries, sourdough starter (organic rye flour, filtered water), organic rolled oats, organic raisins, organic sunflower seeds, organic pecans, and Utah sea salt.
PASTRIES & SWEETS
Croissant. Our delicious buttery and flaky croissants will be a great treat for your morning breakfast or your afternoon snack time! Ingredients: Organic bread flour, organic valley butter, Utah real sea salt, local eggs, filtered water, sourdough culture, dried yeast.
Chocolate Croissant. Our flaky buttery Chocolate croissants (or pains au Chocolat) are made for the enjoyment of all. Ingredients: Organic bread flour, organic valley butter, Utah real sea salt, filtered water, sourdough culture, dried yeast, organic fair-trade dark chocolate, and local eggs.
Cinnamon Swirl. Our cinnamon swirls are sweet rolls that will be perfect for a treat at any time. Ingredients: Organic butter, organic pastry flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic cane sugar, organic cinnamon, organic eggs, Utah sea salt, sourdough starter, commercial yeast.
Ham n' Cheese Croissant. Our Ham N' Cheese croissants are filled with local smoked ham and housemade Dijon, making them an excellent option for savory palates. Ingredients: Organic bread flour, organic valley butter, Utah real sea salt, local eggs, filtered water, sourdough culture, dried yeast, local smoked ham, organic Mennonite cheddar, housemade Dijon.
Green Chile Cheese Croissant. Our delicious buttery and flaky green Chile cheese croissants are great savory treats for your morning breakfast or your afternoon snack time. Ingredients: Organic NM green Chile, organic cheddar, organic bread flour, organic valley butter, Utah real sea salt, local eggs, filtered water, sourdough Culture, dried yeast.
Scone. We offer different types of scones based on the available local, organic, and seasonal fruits. Ingredients: Organic Valley butter, organic bread flour, organic oats, local fruit, Utah real sea salt, baking soda, aluminum-free baking powder.
HOUSEMADE SOUPS & STEWS
We use local, seasonal, and organic ingredients to make nutritious soups and stews. Our soups/stews are offered in a cup (8 oz.) or a bowl (16 oz.). Slices of our SD bread can be purchased separately. Availability, quantity, and pricing may vary.
DRINKS
Housemade Chai. Our housemade Chai, a community's favorite, is made in-house and in small batches. Ingredients: Local honey, fresh grated ginger and turmeric, cardamom, ground clove, pastured whole milk, and black peppercorns.
Housemade Kombucha. Refresh yourself with a cup of our kombucha, a naturally fermented and slightly effervescent housemade beverage. Ingredients: Organic black tea, organic cane sugar, kombucha culture, filtered water.
