We use organic and local ingredients for our holidays breads. All organic sourdough Stollen with marzipan. Our Stollen is made of local Sonora wheat flour, bread flour, local rye flour, eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cranberries, raisins, walnuts, pecans, almonds, cardamom, clove, black pepper, house made citrus paste, Utah sea salt.
Our all organic sourdough Panettone is made with local Sonora wheat flour, bread flour, eggs, housemade citrus paste, raisins, cane sugar, butter, milk, Sea salt, sourdough starter.
