Sourdough Pizza Workshop for 4th-8th graders

 

This Monday, we had the pleasure to teach a Cooking and Food Science workshop for two groups of 4th-8th graders. 

 

 

Held at the Taos County Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC), the sourdough pizza workshop was part of the summer PreK-12 outreach program organized by Paralee King from UNM-Taos.
