Dear Sunshine Community of Wild Leaven Bakery,

As we slowly settle into our new location at 1189 Parkway Dr. E3, we are grateful to everyone who has stopped by the past three (3) weeks! 

 

Our celebration was a success, with all of you coming out to share your well wishes. We had so much fun meeting y'all who were able to attend. In the near future, we hope to make this an annual end-of-the-year tradition for our Sunshine community!

 

And yes, the holiday season is here! If you are still looking for the perfect gift for your favorite foodie, thank you for considering purchasing our German holiday bread, STOLLEN, as a yummy gift to offer or to share during a festive meal.

 

For our STOLLEN, we use all-organic ingredients: New Mexic pecans, cranberries, marzipan, Heirloom Sonora wheat, New Mexico bread flour, eggs, butter, milk, cane sugar, house candy citrus, dried Turkish apricots, raisins, and Utah sea salt.  Physical gift cards are available at our shop and online on our website. 

Our shop business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. However, during the Christmas and New Year's weeks, we will be open for three days (Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and closed for two days (Wednesdays and Thursdays). For your convenience, the flyer below sums up our 2024 holiday schedule. Please mark your calendars!

 


Our new location has indoor and outdoor seating, and our everyday menu now offers pizza and coffee drinks (espresso, cortado, latte, mocha) with some Chef's specials. Our regular offerings include our various handcrafted sourdough breads, housemade soups, sweets (cookies, scones), seeded/regular baguettes, country loaves, and our signature housemade Chai!
